Overview

Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a No-Fault Personal Injury Protection Attorney. The candidate must be licensed in New York. Although the position is fully remote, you will need to attend court appearances in person when required.

Schedule : Fully Remote

Base pay range

$135,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr

Additional compensation types

  • Sign-on bonus

Responsibilities

  • Handle No-Fault litigation and other cases in insurance, real estate, personal injury, and business disputes
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
  • Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations
  • Advise on litigation strategy, risk management, and settlements
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth case handling

    • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of No-Fault litigation experience
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active New York bar license and residence near New York City
