About the Role :
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Camarillo, CA. This role for the 2024-2025 school year involves providing essential therapy services to students with moderate to severe needs across multiple school locations, from PreK through 12th grade.
Your Impact :
- Role : Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Setting : Onsite, serving students in PreK-12 with moderate to severe needs
- Caseload : Manage a diverse caseload across multiple school locations
- Focus : Provide both direct and indirect therapy services to enhance functional skills and support overall development
What You'll Do :
- Assess and Plan : Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Intervene and Support : Deliver direct therapy and collaborate on additional support as needed.
- Collaborate : Work with teachers, parents, and school staff to provide integrated care.
- Monitor and Adjust : Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
- Engage : Provide engaging and effective therapy sessions tailored to each students needs.
What Were Looking For :
- Licensure : Active California Occupational Therapist (OTR) license.
- Experience : Experience with moderate to severe needs in PreK-12 settings is preferred.
- Skills : Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment : Dedicated to improving students' functional abilities and overall well-being.
