At Friendship Village we strive to provide high standards of hospitality that makes people want to return again and again. If you have exceptional customer service skills and enjoy mentoring and training others to do the same, then we have the job for you!

As the host you provide an exceptional dining experience while interacting with our residents and staff. When the dining supervisor is not available you assist with the flow of service, mentoring staff, and maintaining the dining area.

Duties :

• Provide an exceptional dining experience while interacting with our residents and staff
• Responsible for assisting with the flow of service in the dining room
• Assist with the training and mentoring of dining staff
• Receive feedback to help improve service related issues
• May help with the organization with setting up and tearing down events
• Work to maintain a neat and orderly dining room and work area
