Bili n gual Customer Service Representative
Salary Rate : $ 1 5.00 per hour
Location : Columbus , GA
Shift : Monday Friday ; 8 : 00 am 5 : 0 0 pm
Must speak both English and Spanish
Join as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, where you will play a crucial role in interacting with customers to provide information and acting as a translator when needed.
In this position, you will deliver product services and details, promptly respond to inquiries, and adeptly resolve any emerging concerns affecting our customer accounts.

What Matters Most :
- Monday - Friday with weekend off
- Temp to Perm position
- Weekly pay via direct deposit

Your New Role :
- Identify and evaluate customers’ requirements to achieve satisfaction.
- Manage large quantities of incoming phone calls.
- Handle customer complaints and deliver suitable resolutions and options within the time limits.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process client accounts, and file documents
Your Experience :
- Ability to speak, ready, write, and comprehend Spanish
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to multitask
- Attention to detail
