What You'll Do in this Accounting Office Manager role :
Accounting & Finance : Manage banking, billing, AP / AR, partner distributions, and financial reporting. Support tax prep, insurance, leases, and strategic planning. Maintain and improve accounting processes and mentor junior staff
Human Resources : Onboard new employees and manage payroll, benefits, and compliance. Maintain HR documentation and update office policies
Additional : ERP system for projects, vendors, and reporting. Oversee timesheets, expenses, PTO
Additional duties as assigned.
Experienced Office Manager or small-company Controller
Background in accounting, HR, and ERP systems
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and ready to grow with the company
Associates or Bachelor's Degree
