Senior Project Manager - Orlando - This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications :
- 4-year Construction / Engineering Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum of 5 Years Experience
- Project sizes over $5M and above
- Finance knowledge of the Industry
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Establishing Project Objectives and Standards :
Assists in setting objectives, procedures, and performance standards within corporate policies.
Client and Vendor Liaison :
Initiates and maintains communication with prime clients and vendors to facilitate construction activities.
Project Monitoring and Control :
- Monitors projects through administrative coordination with the Site Operations Manager to ensure contract, schedule, and budget compliance
- Investigate and implement corrective measures for potentially serious situations.
Pre-Bid and Estimating Activities :
- Review requests for Proposals (RFPs), specifications, and drawings to determine the scope of work.
- Prepares estimates by calculating the complete takeoff of the scope of work.
- Manages financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests and maintain client satisfaction.
Operations Planning and Coordination :
- Plans, coordinates, and implements operational responsibilities and duties specific to project estimating efforts.
- Prepares and maintains baseline project schedules
Professional Development :
- Continuously expands and updates professional knowledge and training skills to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity.
- Represents the company in project meetings and assists in negotiation and strategy meetings.
Supervision and Management :
- Monitors and provides supervisory support to subordinates, including project managers, assistant project managers, project engineers, project coordinators, and site managers.
- Manages project managers and their projects while also overseeing their performance and providing support.
