We are hiring a Product Manager for our LCD display product line. This position supports the product management team and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Product Planning and Lifecycle Management

  • Product training for the internal sales team, authorized reseller, and customer service team
  • Sales, Inventory, and Production Management micromanage each product's weekly sales and inventory trend; co-work with HQ for production planning
  • Maintain and provide all updated price lists and spec sheets for existing EOL and incoming models
  • Competitor analysis - understand specification and pricing structures and market positioning of LCD products

New Product Introductions / Go-to-market.

  • Set up goals of marketing activities and sales tools for new products, provide product briefing to the PR agency and channel partners, and follow up as needed
  • Prepare comprehensive go-to-market plans for new products, such as creating ideas and running campaigns for Website / brochures / email blasts / advertisements / videos / social media
  • Provide support and input for product merchandising, demos, and training sessions
  • Able to translate product technologies into customer benefits, collaborate with external associates to enhance product knowledge and presentation

Channel Partners Management

  • Ensure accurate and compelling product content is displayed both online and in-store
  • Process and forecast quantity and pricing for yearly / quarterly / monthly contracts, co-ops, sell-through rebates, and payment requests for strategic accounts
  • Conduct market demand forecasting and offer solutions to drive sales growth
  • Maintain the relationship with strategic channel partners, identify potential new opportunities, and coordinate with the Sales team to develop new business
  • Develop sales collateral, tools, and training programs to empower the sales team
  • Ensure sales representatives are well-equipped to sell and communicate product benefits effectively

Channel Assets

  • Assist the channel communications and programs team with content proofing, production and deployment to ensure content is articulately crafted and delivered on-time
  • Ensure BenQ content is created accurately on partner marketing portals, targeted specifically for our partner audience, and cadence of communications is on point
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral and promotional materials to support channel partner activities and sales efforts as needed

Key Partner Relations :

  • Adopt a proactive approach to channel marketing by developing relationships with strategic partner account contacts; work together to build customized co-marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and measurable demand
  • Support roadshows and conferences with KPM teams to drive partner education, adoption and demand generation

Pricing

  • Monthly updates and communication of distributor and dealer prices
  • Recommend a monthly master price list including expected sell-in / sell-through and channel program funding
  • Review bids / deals and provide effective price quotes to win business

Reporting and Analysis :

Organize and maintain forecast, revenue, and product reports

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • Product manager background of over three years in the IT or gaming industry
  • Good understanding of PC hardware / monitor specs
  • Solid mathematics background
  • Streamline communication and organizational skills across different teams
  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Demonstrated ability as a product or technology advocate
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills are a must.
  • Effective oral and written communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Maintain a professional, efficient, and service-oriented demeanor with all customers
