Senior Manager of Care Delivery RN
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Senior Manager of Care Delivery RN to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization in The Bronx, NY!
Daily Responsibilities :
- Oversee a team of 4-5 community nurses working closely with the Director
- Coordinating care, managing staffing and resources, handling documentation, conducting investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Shift : Monday Friday 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM I No On-Call 4 days in Office and One Day Remote!
Required Qualifications
- Clear / Active Registered Nursing license
- 5+ years of RN experience in a health care setting
- 5+ years of administrative experience in a management / leadership capacity managing teams of RNs
- Experience working with the elderly
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Completed NYSED-approved infection control coursework
- Managed long-term care insurance experience beneficial
- Case Management Certification recommended within 2 years of the employment
