Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate their legal challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from initial consultation to resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and experts to build strong cases.
• Stay current on relevant laws and legal developments in personal injury.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• 4+ years of experience in personal injury law, with a proven track record of successful case management.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
