A current license and at least two years of recent experience as a Radiology in Ultrasound are required.

- Current Resume
- Current Massachusetts license, in the process obtaining of or willing to obtain the states specific license
- Current BLS and / or ACLS and / or Specialty Certifications
- 2 current Clinical References
