Position
- Employee will develop and execute the firm's nationwide strategy in the chemical surfactant space
- This person will especially focus on the personal care space, but will also call on customer in other industries like food manufacturing and CASE
- Jointly call on customers with sales and develop business relationships at multiple levels at various customer locations
- Provide technical expertise to existing and prospective customers
- Develop marketing and training material for customers and sales personnel
- Company has a generous 401(k) match and grants each employee shares in the firm annually
- Significant overnight travel is required approximately 50%
- Employee can choose to work out of a local office or out of their home office
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least ten years sales / marketing experience in chemical surfactants is required
- Chemical distribution experience is highly preferred
- Candidate must be technically proficient in a variety of applications that use surfactant chemistry
- Strong analytical skills and excellent written & verbal communication skills are required
- Must be able to work independently in a dynamic environment that demands collaboration
