Pay for this position starts at $19.50 / hour! This position with Atlantic Aviation requires availability for any / all shifts as well as overtime, weekends, holidays, and on call. (No Overnight Shifts)
Front Desk Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Provide customers with professional service and assistance
- Making hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft
- Processing customer purchases and fuel transactions
- Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all customer service needs are met
Front Desk Customer Service Representative Qualifications
- Customer service / hospitality experience
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- 18 years of age
- A valid state driver's license
- Ability to comprehend and perform basic math calculations
