Bobby Rahal Volvo, Jaguar Land Rover is seeking a Part-Time Loaner Coordinator to join our team! The hours for this position are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 4p.
m. to 8p.m and Saturday 8 : 30a.m - 5 : 00p.m.
As a Part-Time Loaner Car Coordinator, you will :
- Coordinate the organization and maintenance of our service loaner car fleet.
- File accident reports
- Do general office-type duties like emailing, copying, filing and faxing.
- Assist the Service team with administrative tasks.
What are the general requirements for a Loaner Car Coordinator?
- Have a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
