Education / Experience :
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Statistics, Economics, or a related field is preferred. A Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience may be considered.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience in the agricultural, commodities, or food processing industry is highly desirable.
