Job Type : Full-time, Exempt

Location : Remote (Tampa, FL area preferred)

Hours : 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm EST

Reports To : Chief Technology Officer

Travel Requirement : 5%

Salary : $67,000 - $88,000 annually

As a Data Analyst, you will work with a small, passionate team that is using leading-edge technologies. You will provide data analysis and reporting services to internal stakeholders across the organizational departments, including Development, Marketing, Programming and Operations.

Essential Functions :

• Engage with departments to deliver data analysis and reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve how we capture data and how we make data-informed decisions
• Engage with the Software Development Team to build and extend databases
• Extend our Data Dashboard app with reporting and interactive data visualization features
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot database issues to ensure data integrity
• Ensure requirements are correctly interpreted and implemented
• Provide feedback and ideas that influence how technology can achieve optimal results
• Provide technical support to EforAll staff. Triage, scope and track defects and improvement opportunities

Required Experience and Qualifications :

• Data Analyst certification or
• 2+ years experience and expertise with SQL
• 2+ years experience and expertise with JavaScript
• Expertise with statistics and statistical analysis
• Expertise creating visualizations and interactive dashboards from multiple data sets
• Self-starter, driven to learn. Team influencer

Preferred Experience and Qualifications :

• Proficient in data modeling and experience engaging with software development teams
• Proficient with JavaScript based data visualization tools such as D3 and Observable Plot
• Experience training AI models
