Hiring for an in-house Director of Rehabilitation for SNF in New Mexico! We are growing and seeking dedicated therapists who want to grow in a leadership role.

  • Must be a licensed OTA, PTA
  • Compensation : Salary of $84,000-95,000 per year depending on experience and discipline

Position Description

Responsible for the following managing and directing the rehabilitation services within the SNF including : Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy.

With support from the Regional Director of Rehabilitation Services, the position will oversee, direct and coordinate operational activities and programs associated with the day-to-day operations of the Rehabilitation Services through the delivery of cost effective and quality services.

Expected to exercise management responsibility over the areas ensuring efficient services that are designed to meet the needs of patients, physicians, clinical partners and staff.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Assumes ultimate responsibility for rehabilitation service operations within assigned facility.
  • Responsible for service and operational excellence of all assigned activities to ensure the delivery of quality services and / or outcomes.
  • Attend required meetings included but not limited to : Morning meeting, UR meeting, Triple Check, QAPI, PDPM, and Resident at Risk.
