Full job description
Expert Home Care is looking for compassionate Home Health Aides with strong patient service skills to work with a variety of patients.
The Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting patients with personal care and activities of daily living and helping to maintain a clean home environment for each patient.
Responsibilities
Provide general support for the in-home clients with basic health care and living assistance
Perform household tasks related to cooking, light housekeeping, shopping, assist with walking, bathing, dressing
Ensure a safe, clean, and hygienic environment for clients
Accompany patients to doctor's appointments
Offer companionship to clients and engage in suitable activities, such as taking walks, playing games and having friendly conversations
Maintain detailed reports on client needs and any issues that arise
Report any accidents or incidents to your supervisor immediately
Requirements
Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide Certificate
Home care experience a must
Able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
Caring and compassionate personality
