Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Commercial Lines Account Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our commercial clients while assisting with various account management tasks.

Job Duties :

• Assist in the preparation of insurance proposals, quotes, and renewal presentations for commercial clients.
• Conduct thorough reviews of insurance policies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and other necessary information.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing their insurance-related questions and concerns.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and certificates of insurance accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain electronic and paper files in an organized manner, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Assist Account Executives in the development and implementation of insurance strategies to meet clients' risk management needs.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as claims and underwriting, to provide seamless service to clients.

Expectations :

• Must hold a Property and Casualty insurance license
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
