HOME HEALTH RN CASE MANAGER - REGISTERED NURSE - FLEXIBLE - HIGH PAYING

We are looking for a Full-Time experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a position in Home Health Care. This position offers a lot of flexibility, as the nurse schedules directly with their own patients, therefore you get to decide when you start and end your day to a large degree, and you can schedule your patients around your own life appointments and events.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE HOME HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE CASE MANAGER POSITION : The registered nurse must have some home health experience including complete competence in filling out the OASIS form.
