Outside Sales Territory Manager

NO C2C - Multiple Locations below :
- TX (Houston OR Dallas) 40% overnight travel
- California (LA or an hour from LA) 20-30% overnight travel
- NYC (in the 5 Burroughs) No overnight in NYC
What You will Do
- Develop new projects and generate leads, with a specific focus on multifamily housing.
- Identify leads, arrange meetings, conduct site visits, and close deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by nurturing existing relationships and establishing new dealer connections.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
What We Require
- Minimum 8 years of experience in outside sales roles.
- Willingness to travel overnight up to 40%.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the construction market, security industry, or industrial sales is advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools for data analysis.
