About the team
Governance & Experience (GNE) at TikTok E-Commerce is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators.
We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality and customer experience. We are looking for product managers to work with XFN teams (Engineers, data scientists, policies operations, etc) and drive fulfillment governance strategies and solutions for TikTok E-Commerce.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Logistics / Seller / Transaction / Enfineering / Governance Operation teams on strategies and product solutions to improve E-Commerce fulfillment performance and responsible for end-to-end delivery of product solution.
- Have an in-depth understanding of platform strategies and business knowledge to improve fulfillment performance and related customer experience, design comprehensive product architecture and be responsible for its implementation .
Drive complex cross-functional projects independently, including but not limited to the designing of business-related product modules, and product implementation of governance strategies.
Be data driven, be able to understand and define metrics that reveal the fulfillment performance level, design and build the dynamic monitoring mechanism as well as visualization.
Continuously looking for improvement opportunities from behind the data.
Handle complicated internal collaboration interfaces with good project management skills to drive key projects and obtain results.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in product management in the E-Commerce Platform. Order Management, Logistics, Fulfillment and Platform Governance related domains are preferred.
- Experience in strategic products solution implementation, customer-facing products, seller-facing products, algorithm model application, decision engine will be a plus.
- Ability to design adaptable product solutions for different business scenarios. Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and able to use data and metric to evaluate assumptions, make recommendations and decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while balancing multiple responsibilities, scoping projects, evaluating priorities, and confidently working well with teams.
