As a part of our continued success and growth, we are seeking qualified applicants for a Director of Plant Operations, Maintenance and Facilities Services position.
The Director of Plant Operations is responsible for the development, organization and management of the facility including;
Maintenance, Housekeeping, IT and Food Service. They ensure duties are performed in a systematic manner and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures and applicable regulatory / accreditation rules and guidelines resulting in a safe, attractive, and orderly facility.
Hours : The Director of Plant Operations is a Full Time, Day Shift, Exempt Salary Basis. The position reports directly to the hospital CEO and is a member of the hospital senior leadership team.

S. states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or training in building trades or field work which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the above duties preferred.
Additional graduate level or management courses preferred. Previous experience with H.V.A.C. equipment, electrical, plumbing, mechanical equipment including hand and power tools, carpentry, grounds maintenance, and auxiliary power supply systems.
Knowledge of Local, State, and Federal regulatory codes regarding Fire and Life Safety Codes, and building and engineering codes preferred.
Experience communicating and managing staff required.
