Receptionist (Part-Time)
We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team at Friendship Health Center on the Holgate Center Campus.
This part-time position involves working weekends and interacting with a diverse range of individuals.
Responsibilities :
- Answer and direct incoming calls with a professional demeanor.
- Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff.
- Notify nursing staff of patient returns.
- Occasionally help transport patients to their rooms.
- Distribute mail and medications as needed.
- Assist with filing and organizing patient records.
- Prepare admission packets and wristbands.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Resourceful problem-solver.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with patients.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Pay and Benefits :

Hours :
Saturday & Sunday : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM (16 hours / week)
