Job Description

The Client Services Manager , works with Insurance leadership, and the team, in creating and realizing a vision of delivering premier service to employers and their employees.

Responsible for managing team members who support Account Executives and Consultants. Direct and coordinate day-to-day activities, mentor and manage team members, and oversee procedures and processing.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will, as a leader, inspire and guide your team towards excellence, fostering professional growth, resolving conflicts, retaining staff, ensuring effective communication, meeting client expectations, and continuously enhancing team engagement and client satisfaction.
  • You will, in collaboration with Insurance leadership, guide policy revisions, implement improvements, oversee initiatives, and maximize the use of automation systems like Apprize, Epic, and CodeSixFour for efficiency.
  • You will oversee departmental operations, set work priorities, identify training needs, recommend staff augmentation, and exercise managerial authority in performance evaluations, salary recommendations, discipline, counseling, incentives, and terminations.
  • You will be involved in strategic planning and budget management for the Employee Benefits Group, serve as an alternate contact for BIA and BCP plans, and participate in operational activities such as audit, compliance, commissions, payroll, and accounting.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree with 5 year(s) experience in the employee benefits industry and a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
