Join our Landscape team and help us Build More Than Just Beautiful Landscapes. People. Partnerships. Communities.
We’re looking for talented individuals to join our team as Crew Members with the potential for opportunities to elevate to become Foremen.
Core Responsibilities :
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, materials, tools, and equipment each day.
- Landscape installation / tear out of edging, bed materials, plant materials, and bed / plant maintenance.
- Operate equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner when applicable.
- Transportation of materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, power equipment, and / or lifting and carrying.
- Come with a positive attitude and be ready to hit the ground running.
Work Conditions :
- Fast paced, 8-12 hour days
- All weather conditions; rain, cold, snow, heat, humidity, wind, dust, and noise
- Occasional weekends may be required

Requirements :
- Previous similar work experience of 2 or more years (preferred, but not required)
- Must have a valid driver's license (chauffeurs preferred, but not required)
- Ability to walk, stand, or crouch for long periods of time, work in all conditions necessary and lift over 50 pounds repeatedly
