If you’re looking to work with seasoned professionals in a supportive environment, this is the place for you. Your Role : As an Automotive Technician at Patterson Precision Auto Repair, you will be pivotal in diagnosing, inspecting, repairing, servicing, and overhauling vehicles.
Your expertise will ensure our customers receive the best automotive care, maintaining the integrity of their vehicles while exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities : Diagnostic Excellence : Understand and resolve customer complaints with precision. Perform diagnostic procedures and maintain clear communication with the service advisor / manager.
Mechanical Mastery : Conduct all repairs and services following recognized professional standards. Ensure every service is performed correctly and efficiently.
Documentation : Accurately document all findings, procedures, and services in compliance with management guidelines. Customer Focus : Test-drive vehicles to confirm that issues are resolved and ensure the vehicle is clean and ready for delivery.
Team Collaboration : Work harmoniously with the team towards common goals and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Continuous Learning : Stay updated with industry advancements through ongoing training and certification. Qualifications : Experience & Skills : Demonstrate physical and mental capability to perform detailed repairs and diagnostics.
Strong ethical conduct and effective communication skills are essential. Certifications : ASE Certified within one year of hire and Master Certification within five years.
Must have all necessary hand tools. Training : Willingness to attend training classes and seminars to stay current with industry changes.
Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 120 lbs, and perform various physical tasks such as climbing, squatting, and crawling.
