Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and management of the project schedule and budget.
• Responsible for managing and driving the assigned team members and ensuring they have the support needed to complete their assigned projects.
• Builds a thorough understanding of current work processes and systems and coordinating with department leadership to validate.
• Responsible for developing project plans related to Lean process improvement initiatives including but not limited to accurate tasks, dates, dependencies, resources related to the initiative, etc.
• Engages with department leadership to review and evaluate project plans and objectives in an effort to support various initiatives.
• Responsible for ensuring participants engage in the initiative, scheduling and management of meetings and developing minutes as necessary to document and track progress
• Establishes quality and performance targets (including value propositions before and after implementations)
• Collaborate with the design and planning branches of the department to ensure a seamless transition into the construction phase of the project development.
• Collaborate with Architectural and Construction Management teams for Construction Services to ensure the design lends itself to an efficient work environment.
• Act as a member of the overall Construction Services implementation team and serve as a liaison to ensure the goals and timelines of the overall project are adhered to.
• Directly manages a portion of the junior staff within the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in a Construction related field or equivalent based on experience.
• Minimum 10 years operational construction experience with an emphasis on healthcare.
