We are seeking growth-minded individuals to to join our growing team! You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Make 100 meaningful contacts each week, primarily voice-to-voice (phone, in-person, etc)
  • Consistently communicate with your personal network of influence
  • Generate new leads and opportunities
  • Convert leads to Clients and clients to closings
  • Participate in all team activities such as script practice, coaching, team meeting, weekly planning, etc.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
  • Host open houses and other events
  • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
  • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
  • Verify and disclose property facts to clients
