You will lead analytical method development for Drug Product characterization, manage junior scientists, and select the best biochemical and biophysical tools for biological drug products, including adjuvanted vaccines.
Support formulation selection and stability analysis of Drug Substance materials and use biophysical techniques to understand antigen / adjuvant interactions and optimize formulations.
Requirements :
- BSc or MSc in Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, Biophysics, or Biochemistry with 7+ (BSc) or 4+ (MSc) years of industrial experience, or PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in characterizing biological drug products, especially proteins, polysaccharides, and protein conjugates.
- Experience with adjuvanted vaccine systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in developing immunoaffinity assays (ELISA, MSD, Luminex) is required, with additional experience in particle light scattering (DLS, MALS) and HPLC assays as a plus.
- Skilled in authoring technical documents and participating in method transfers.
- Strong scientific leadership, critical thinking, and the ability to manage projects and design experiments independently.
- Managerial experience and strong interpersonal and organizational skills are highly beneficial.
