ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Product Delivery Planning and Coordination :

  • Work closely with product delivery team members, product managers and stakeholders to execute product delivery objectives, requirements, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with product delivery team members to develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery of healthcare software products.
  • Coordinate tasks, dependencies, and activities across cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and meet milestones.

2. Stakeholder Communication and Management :

  • Facilitate regular meetings with internal stakeholders to review project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  • Coordinate product delivery team communications to keep stakeholders informed of project status, risks, and changes throughout project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects as well as product delivery project portfolio related communications, updates, and escalations.

3. Risk Management and Issue Resolution :

  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact product delivery or compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address identified risks.
  • Lead efforts to resolve product delivery issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner, involving relevant stakeholders as needed.

4. Documentation and Reporting :

  • Ensure accurate project documentation is maintained, including project plans, meeting minutes, and compliance records.
  • Generate regular reports on product delivery progress, compliance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
  • Ensure documentation and reporting meet regulatory and internal quality standards.

5. Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance :

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that products and related activities adhere to relevant regulatory standards and guidelines in the healthcare industry (e.

g., HIPAA, FDA regulations).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE) :

The successful candidate must have :

  • 1-3 years experience in product delivery or project coordination or management, preferably within the healthcare or software industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance in product delivery and project deliverables.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) and healthcare compliance (e.g., CHC) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards, such as HIPAA, FDA regulations, and HITRUST.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE) :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience in Product Delivery, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Product Owner or business analyst or related role.
  • Certification in Project or Product Management.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry (billing, practice management, insurance) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards a plus.
  • Experience in the software industry is a plus.
