Great opportunity to join our team as a Registered Nurse for our Developmental and Cognitive Services Division!
In this vital role, you will be responsible for monitoring the health and safety of individuals.
Responsibilities :
- Assess the healthcare needs of individuals and coordinate with staff and outside providers.
- Educate and train individuals and staff on health-related issues.
- Monitor medication administration to ensure safety.

Required Skills :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation for local travel
Required Experience :
- Current valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Certified Developmental Disabilities Nurse (CDDN) preferred
- Minimum four years of nursing experience required, with a background in community health and nursing case management preferred;
alternatively, experience in human services working with individuals with Intellectual / Developmental Disabilities or Acquired Brain Injury / Traumatic Brain Injury.
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Certified MAP trainer preferred
