Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist Full-Time Role Available.

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist. This is a fantastic opportunity for a licensed PT who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000 per year, with a competitive benefits package.

Work Hours : Monday to Friday 9-5 Pm

Patient Volume : 1-2 per Hour

Insurance Mix : Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Team Structure : 3 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, 4 Rehab Techs

Types of Patients : Young Adults to Geriatric Patients from 21 years old to 85 year old +

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and develop individualized treatment strategies.

Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote healing, mobility, and strength.

Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques, safety, and ongoing care.

Document patient responses and outcomes, adjusting plans as needed for continued progress.

Participate in team discussions to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

Current CA Physical Therapist License.

DPT Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Proven clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Strong manual therapy skills and training.

Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
