About the Role :
We are seeking a full-time PRN caregiver to join our team and provide exceptional care to clients in Leander and the surrounding areas.
Home Helpers of West Austin is a leading provider of in-home care services, and we are looking for compassionate individuals to help us continue our mission of improving the quality of life for those we serve.
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and errands
- Document and report any changes in client's condition to the care coordinator
- Adhere to care plans and ensure clients' safety and well-being
Requirements :
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field
- Certification in CPR and first aid
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
