We are currently in search of a Clinical Director / Physical Therapist to assume a pivotal role within our company. As the Clinical Director, you will function as a key leader, managing clinical operations with a competitive base salary, an enticing bonus structure, and a share of the location's profits distributed annually.

Responsibilities :
- Propel sales of treatments and services, surpassing performance targets and enriching the patient journey.
- Supervise daily operations, uphold a hygienic and secure environment, and lead the team in resolving patient issues to ensure top-tier service delivery.
- Act as the principal clinical associate, establishing clear expectations, delivering ongoing training and guidance, and conducting routine performance evaluations to empower team members.
- Oversee operational aspects such as inventory control, orders, and adherence to labor regulations.
- Foster a positive workplace ethos where employees feel valued, achievements are acknowledged, and concerns are promptly and fairly addressed.
- Foster a patient-centric ethos within the team.
- Proactively address patient service concerns and scheduling hurdles.
- Provide outstanding service and introduce patients to our treatments and care plans.
- Lead as the primary clinical associate and cultivate a service-driven culture.
- Set and attain clinical and sales objectives by motivating the team and leading by example.
- Offer training and direction on treatment plans and patient care.
- Recruit and retain top-tier talent.
- Support team growth and cultivate a culture of collaboration and continual enhancement.
- Demonstrate expertise in clinical procedures and mentor associates to surpass expectations.

- Analyze trends and identify areas for enhancement.

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks such as inventory management and payroll.

Requirements :
The ideal Clinical Director will demonstrate a passion for clinical excellence, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and exhibit strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
They will be self-motivated, willing to exert effort to achieve results in their "own" business, and dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina.
- 2+ years of clinical and management experience in physical therapy or related healthcare sectors.
- Strong Orthopedic and Pelvic Floor Experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication proficiencies.
- Demonstrated track record as a revenue generator.
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including occasional weekend event.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended durations.
- Capability to perform various physical tasks.
- Comfort with technology and computer usage.
- Occasional lifting / moving of up to 25lbs.
- Confidence in skills and adaptability to fluctuating schedules.

- Willingness to accept constructive feedback.

Salary :
$82,000.00 - $102,000 per year
