Securitization / Structured Finance Associate Attorney (3+ Years) – Charlotte, NC, New York, NY & Washington, D.C.

Direct Counsel is seeking a Securitization / Structured Finance Associate Attorney to join a highly regarded law firm in its Charlotte, NC, New York, NY, or Washington, D.C. office.

About the Role :

The firm’s Capital Markets practice is looking for mid-level and senior associates with at least 3 years of substantial experience in :

Securitization and structured finance transactions
Structured products, corporate finance, and / or real estate finance

Additional experience in CLO, CMBS, Repo, and other ABL finance is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in securitization and structured finance

Strong law firm experience handling complex financial transactions

J.D. from an accredited law school

Admission to the New York, North Carolina, or D.C. Bar (or eligibility to waive in)

Compensation :

Anticipated annual base salary range : $260,000 – $435,000

The actual salary will depend on factors such as qualifications, years of experience, and location
