Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly qualified, dynamic, and experienced Law Firm Partner specializing in Business Law to join our prestigious legal team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business and commercial law, commercial litigation, and business transactions.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment, where your expertise and commitment will be highly valued and rewarded.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in the area of business and commercial law.
• Handling complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Leading commercial litigation cases, from initial case evaluation through settlement or trial.
• Developing and implementing effective legal strategies that protect our clients' interests and enhance their business operations.
• Collaborating with other partners and associates to ensure the firm's continued growth and success.
• Participating in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firm's client base.
• Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers and other legal staff, ensuring they deliver high-quality legal services.
• Keeping up to date with the latest developments in business and commercial law, and sharing this knowledge with the rest of the team.

Qualifications

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A current and valid license to practice law in California.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, with a focus on business and commercial law.
• A proven record of successful commercial litigation and business transactions.
• Previous experience as a Law Partner in a reputable law firm.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• A high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
