Position : Director of Nursing - Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC)
Location : New York, NY 10038
Type : Direct Hire
Salary : $150,000 - $165,000 with Benefits
Bonus : Varied, incentive compensation plan
Schedule : Monday Friday, 6 : 30 / 7 AM 3 PM

Overview : Must be an active RN
Must be an active RN
BSN is required, no masters needed
Previous experience in ASC is required, cannot have a hospital only background
GI or Endo experience is ideal, but not required
Experience with infection control, accreditation / survey, AAA, Medicare, state licensure, etc.
Prior leadership experience is required, a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position
Hands on clinical role, must have experience on the floor and be comfortable working in this compacity
Clinical teaching / educational experience in nursing is preferred
Strong leader who is self-sufficient with an entrepreneurial mindset
