About The Position

ID : 50308747 Shift : Nights or days Description : OB, LD RN needed for a Low Risk LD position at a critical access hospital in Nome AK.

They will be working 12hour shifts, days or nights. All of our high risk OB are sent to Anchorage prior to labor. Shared housing paid by the facility.

We are willing to consider 8 or 13 week contracts. COVID and Flu vaccines required for all employees.ALL TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF COMPLETED COVID VACCINATIONS AND RECOMMENDED BOOSTERS?

• FLU VACCINES ARE ALSO REQUIRED AND EXEMPTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED Additional TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF COMPLETED COVID VACCINATIONS PLUS BOOSTER?
• FLU VACCINES ARE ALSO REQUIRED AND EXEMPTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Proof of vaccination must include the vaccine type, lot number, expiration date, date and site administered .

The full name of the employee must also be visible in the submitted record. If the vaccines were administered when the employee was a child and is applying with different name, (married, etc.
