As a Marketing Director on the Mr. Rooter team, a typical day for you will include :
- Executing local integrated marketing plans, channel / tactic mix and programs that align with the customer journey and marketing funnel, while delivering on acquisition, retention, reactivation, and loyalty goals for overall customer growth
- Monitoring key marketing performance metrics, both online and offline customer and engagement analytics, with emphasis on total qualified leads, cost per lead, and on those locations not achieving target lead and revenue objectives
- Managing day-to-day activities of paid media and SEO vendors
- Advising and guiding Operations team in their execution of local ground marketing tactics

Required qualifications)
Experience : 7+ years marketing experience ideally within a franchise service or retail industry, 5+ years’ experience with digital marketing, highly analytical and data-driven.
Proven experience building, optimizing, and managing a multi-million dollar marketing budget. Extensive background managing and optimizing PPC / paid search campaigns in the last 12 months with expert level understanding of today's PPC landscape.
Education : Four-year college degree in Marketing or related field

- Competitive Pay : The salary for this posting is $115k+ per year depending on experience. The individual selected for this role will be evaluated with compensation factors and years of experience in mind.
