Medical Assistant - Entry Level

Press and Videos : CEO Blog Post Tech Crunch Forbes Fortune Forward About the Role : We are looking for driven individuals with plans to pursue a career in healthcare to work in our Phoenix medical clinic, leveraging cutting-edge technology and working alongside a team of talented physicians and MAs to drive lasting change in the healthcare arena.

You will work directly with Forward members - providing a top-notch patient experience while performing basic clinical procedures.

What you'll do :

• Learn and use clinical skills including phlebotomy for lab collection, testing, and basic medical procedures
• Perform back-of-house clinical diagnostics
• Work alongside top-tier physicians to provide personalized primary care to a variety of patients
• Ensure the highest quality patient experience through assisting with care coordination
• Assist a team of doctors and operators in building medical policies and procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, physicians, and nurses

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Note : our MA role has an 18-month minimum tenure requirement

Preferred Qualifications

• BS degree preferred
• Experience in a medical / clinical environment preferred

$17 - $21 an hourThe base salary range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
