Position Overview
A Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of both manual and automated tasks. This position involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
Product Receipt :
- Perform manual and automated tasks to receive products from vendors.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments and inspect for any damages.
- Label and store received products in designated warehouse locations.
Order Fulfillment :
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order specifications.
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Label and prepare packages for shipment.
Shipping and Delivery :
- Stage products for shipping according to service parameters.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks for delivery.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to internal and external customers.
Record Maintenance :
- Retrieve, transport, and store health system records and documents.
- Ensure compliance with policy, legal, financial, governmental, and historical requirements for record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate and secure documentation processes.
Qualifications
- Education : High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED or equivalent training or experience required
- Experience : Minimum 1 year warehouse / distribution experience
- Licensure Required : Valid / Current Florida Driver's License
Schedule
3P-11 : 30P Monday- Saturday, with a day OFF on the week (Subject to change)
