Principal Job Functions :
- Answering a -line phone system
- Polite and Professional Customer Service
- Data entry and other Admissions functions
- Distributing and sending campus mail
- Faxing, filing and basic office duties
- Special projects as assigned
The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a diverse group of students and peers is required.
Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time are essential skills for this position.
Knowledge and Experience
- Associates Degree preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant experience desired
