HVAC and Plumbing General Manager / Operations Manger qualifications :
- 7+ years of multifamily HVAC and Plumbing experience
- High School Diploma or greater
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
- Must have strong skillset in HVAC and plumbing products, installation, and mechanical understanding
- Field Experience
- Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in contract negotiation
- Must have stable background / work history to be considered for this position
