We are seeking an Operations Manager for our Indianapolis office who will play a pivotal role in providing leadership and managing day-to-day operations of divisional reconstruction and mitigation teams.
This role involves strategic oversight of all functional areas, including P&L management, business development, production quality, efficiency, and adherence to company culture and values, collaborating closely with various internal teams.
What You Will Do :
The Operations Manager will perform the following duties, along with any additional responsibilities as assigned :
- Oversee all daily operations from initial customer contact to collections.
- Mentor and support all administrative and operational staff assigned to their division.
- Ensure team adherence to Kustom’s processes and standards.
- Act as a point of escalation for job problem resolution.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Finance, Operational Excellence, and Human Resource teams.
- Manage staffing for the assigned division, including hiring, firing, and staffing levels.
- Responsible for creating and executing the Annual Operating Plan to achieve growth and profitability goals.
What You Will Bring :
- 5 years of experience in construction and / or restoration.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, construction management, or related field preferred.
- Effective leadership skills and teamwork facilitation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Eligibility to operate a motor vehicle per company policy.
