Triboro Center is lookingfor a Registered Nurse (RN) Wound Nurse to work in our facility in BronxNY .
DUTIES :
- Responsible for oversight of all skin integrity in thefacility.
- Responsible for completing skinassessments on new admissions.
- Provides advice& support to the Residents and their families.
- Documents Resident wound progress by charting in Resident& dept. records.
- Protects Residents &staff by adhering to infectioncontrol policies &protocols.
- Weekly rounding with woundNP / MD.
- Assures quality of care by adhering toFacility philosophies & standards of care.
- Maintains Resident confidence by keeping informationconfidential.
- Monitoring and reportingincluding monthly reports.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
- LongTerm Care Experience Preferred
- Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MSOffice
- Excellent communicationskills
- Should be friendly and a teamworker
