A company is looking for a Member & Recipient Services Representative to assist individuals with mental health, developmental, and substance abuse disabilities in accessing necessary services.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle telephonic requests for services and link callers with appropriate providersDocument screenings and maintain accurate records in the electronic information systemIdentify individuals with high-risk needs and refer them to appropriate care coordination staffRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationBachelor's degree in a Human Services field or a non-human services field with additional experienceTwo years of experience working with individuals with serious psychiatric, chemical dependence, or developmental disabilitiesMust qualify as a Qualified Professional according to 10A NCAC 27G .
