Mental Health Associate (MHA) ERA ED, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for part-time Mental Health Associates (MHAs) in West Covina, CA, and the surrounding areas.

The work is a blend of home and school settings, providing an opportunity to establish connections with school districts and gain practical experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

As part of the role, you'll actively engage in IEP meetings and collaborate with professionals who share similar goals. We provide remote supervision hours at no cost, and our commitment to mentorship is reflected in our exceptional passing rates.

Registered Associate (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) with BBS current or in processClinical experience with children and / or adolescentsValid CA driver's license and reliable transportationSchool-based service experience preferredMental Health Associates participate in the Mental Health Training Program within ERA ED and its non-profit subsidiary, CAUSE, Inc.

The Mental Health Training Program commences each school year between August 1st and extends to July 31st with possibility of extension to the following year;

Mental Health Associates are expected to participate in the training year in its entirety (the full school year). Mental Health Associates will receive Supervised Professional Experience in accordance with regulations set forth by the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
