Sangre de Cristo Community Care is looking for a PRN Nights Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dynamic inpatient hospice team in Pueblo, Colorado.

The CNA is a member of the interdisciplinary team and provides patient care as directed by the RN or Case Manager. The CNA participates actively as a member of the IDT to assist in the development and implementation of the patient’s Plan of Care.
They provide a full range personal care in our 10-bed inpatient unit in accordance with hospice standards and scope of practice as defined with regulatory agencies.
In compliance with established Plan of Care and care plans, the CNA provides assistance with personal hygiene, ambulation and exercise and nutritional support for patient respecting personal and professional boundaries.

This is a Per-Request Needed Night Shift Position. Applicants must be available for at least two 12-hour shifts per month from 6PM - 6AM.

Requirements :
- Must have a current and clear CNA license in the state of Colorado
- At least 1 year experience as a CNA. Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
- Must have a clear an valid Colorado Drivers License
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
