Candidates should have previous Banking Industry experience
Team members are responsible for timely and accurate research and resolution of equity trade discrepancies and settlements, as well as managing trade flows from front-end to back-end systems.
The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external clients across the organization, including front office, operational staff, Technology, Compliance, Legal, project managers, and various business units.
Strong communication and client service skills are essential, as the associate will frequently interact with traders, sales, clients, and client service representatives.
Required Skills :
Previous experience in banking or trading
Proficiency in PC and Microsoft applications, including Excel, Access, and Word
Strong analytical skills
Prior experience in Clearing (P&S) or trade support, with knowledge of Equity and Fixed Income
Background or education in data science, with the ability to interpret data for change and improvements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
Proactive and innovative approach to processing solutions and meeting deadlines with minimal risk to the organization
