We currently operate in 29 states with over 1500 associates, we provide services to top tier food service organizations, fortune 500 retail grocery chains and various supply chain organizations. This opportunity requires 2 to 3 years of direct leadership responsibility. In addition, excellent intercommunication acumen is required as interacting with client customer and external customers are a high priority. The TW Warehouse Manager is to take on the position of leading the crew by example. The career opportunity has growth potential for increasing levels of responsibility within the district and region.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Negotiable based on experience
- Weekly pay cycle - Every Friday
- Monday-Friday (Available weekends & evenings)

Requirements:
- team building skills to follow (SOP) Standard Operating Procedures
- Must have time management skill
- Ability to remember multiple customers from facility leadership to incoming customers
- Ability to train associates on equipment such as electric pallet jacks / forklifts, with extensive knowledge of OSHA requirements
- Must be able to recruit and provide new hire training
- At least 2 years Warehouse experience required
- Electric pallet jack and Forklift experience is REQUIRED
- experience managing teams.
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Training new employees
- Production review, managing a profit and loss statement to meet the designed budget
- Intermediate computer skills
- Hiring personnel
- Assisting unloaders to accomplish daily work efficiently and accurately
- Being able to do repetitive lifting of boxes weighing 5 lbs - 75 lbs per box
- Collecting payment from drivers for services and entering information into tablet
- Maintaining good relationships with customers
- Keep constant communication with District Managers and above
